T-shirts size guide: how to fit your work team

T-shirts sizing at a glance

T-shirts are the easiest garment to size. Most crews sit in a regular XS–XXL and the floor staff style is a true-to-size fit. The chest measurement on the product page is the number to trust — not the size printed on the neck label. If you are embroidering a logo afterwards, allow a couple of inches of free chest so the design reads properly.

• Always check the chest measurement in the size table — two 'large' t-shirts can differ by 2 inches between brands.
• 100% cotton shrinks up to around an inch on the first warm wash; polycotton keeps its shape.
• If your team is mixed gender, order the women's fit styles rather than sizing everyone down.
